A law enforcement officer, the chief law enforcement officer, sees the bullying, intimidating regime and practice and routine of the IRS and says, “no you're not going to come here in here and do that to my citizens and by the way there will be no random baseless audits on any citizen in my county because the fourth amendment says that's against the law and we will enforce the constitution in this county especially the bill of rights.” The bill of rights says you have to have probable cause so we're on a roll now, and then we go and we also defund and abolish numerous agencies in Washington, D.C. The first one would probably be Department of Education because Ronald Reagan promised to get rid of Department of Education and never did. And we're going to, and we're going to get rid of all these others, the EPA, the USDA, the FDA, and on and on and on.
