I disagree on the mineral water. The Healing For The A.G.E.S. docs recommend distilled water, & getting our minerals from our foods. Too, I take Ormus Earth Minerals by Dr. Group's company Global Healing, & also Green Smoothie Girl's Ultimate Minerals. Not many people can find good, clean spring water in their area, & buying mineral water -- or any water -- in plastic bottles is just getting yet more microplastics into our bodies, even going to the brain! Dr. Paul Bragg advocated distilled water as well. I've been drinking distilled water for over a year, other than when I eat out. I use the WaterWise 4000, works well for me.
I've distilled our well water for over 30 years now, countertop distillers from Waterwise, a reliable company with good service too. Over the years, I've read many debates on distilled versus mineral water. You can find any number of commentaries to support either belief. Also buy several supplements from Global Healing, Pure Synergy and Dr. Young's pH Miracle products. I hate to hear about his arrest. So very wrong.
Mike Adams just did an interview with Mark Grenon and how the FDA tossed him and his sons in prison for saving people with Chlorine Dioxide, Mark said the FDA judge didn't want to hear anything, he didn't care about the Constitution, this is why this man needs to watch that interview and contact President Trump and I know RFK jr has to be quite until his team is confirmed, so he can't do anything now...also have Trump look at his appointee to the FDA and the other agency Mathew says has Dr. Young. The Judges won't listen to lawyers or our laws...
